Mental Attitude

Does your mental attitude really affect your life? I think we all know the answer to be a resounding yes! As Henry Ford once said: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't--you're right.”

Who do you think will be more successful in maintaining or recovering a healthy lifestyle, the person who is willing to evaluate the available evidence and commit to following that evidence, or the person that thinks they know the answers even before the evidence is presented or evaluated. Sometimes we have to admit that we don’t know what we don’t know.

Our journey should be a continuous learning process, and we should never think we have ‘arrived’ (even if our gps says we have).
